Each area is covered by an Area Sales Manager who is highly trained and can demonstrate new materials and equipment, take orders and troubleshoot any problems you may have.

Each ASM has the support of a Customer Services Operator; the CSO keeps a detailed sales history of each customer and also makes pro-active calls. Therefore you can arrange a convenient time for the CSO to call you to process your regular orders.
